Warranty Contract 

All Points Plumbing, LLC offers a one year warranty on parts & labor. This only applies to the original parts that were purchased, supplied or replaced by an employee of All Points Plumbing, LLC. This excludes all parts provided by the homeowner. All work that has been performed on this invoice applies to the one year labor warranty. All warranties become void if due to neglect, vandalism, abuse, acts of God, man, animal or nature. All change orders or any cost that is accrued from unforeseen conditions are high priority and payment is due immediately within five business days. ,*1 year warranty does not apply to contracted work through home warranty customers – If the work is home warranty coverage work – the warranty is only within your policy guidelines. Applies to original work order(s) and recall work order(s)*

Payment Agreement

 All Points Plumbing, LLC requires a minimum of 60% of the total due from the homeowner prior to the start of any agreed upon plumbing work and or project. The remaining balance is due in full upon completion the same day unless a payment plan has been pre-authorized or financed through All Points Plumbing LLC. Forms of payment include: all major credit cards, personal or business checks, money order and cash are accepted. We also have several financing options to choose from. Any returned check will result in a $35.00 charge (per attempt) & a 1.5% charge per day that is due on any unpaid balance that is past 30 days from the invoice date, plus any applicable legal fees. All prices are for cash, money order, or check payments; an additional 3% surcharge is added for all credit card payments.

Returns & Cancellations Agreement

All Points Plumbing, LLC retains the right to remove any item left unpaid within 60 days and charge for access, removal or re-installation of said item or items. If the agreed contract of services is canceled prior to the completion of the job, causing a balance due amount is to still be owed by the homeowner to All Points Plumbing, LLC. The homeowner agrees to pay All Points Plumbing, LLC for all work that was completed prior to the cancellation. If the down payment of 60% or any amount that was paid to All Points Plumbing, LLC by the homeowner exceeds the total work that was actually completed; All Points Plumbing, LLC will issue a refund for the work that was not completed. As noted above any returned, canceled or stop payment on checks will result in a $35.00 charge per attempt plus a 1.5% per day charge of any balance due that is past 30 days from the invoice/completion date. Any credit card transactions that were previously authorized for payment prior to the cancellation will be reviewed for a possible refund within 30 days of the cancellation date. If a credit card dispute is filed prior to the 30 day review time frame the homeowner will be responsible for any charges that may occur plus any applicable legal fees. Any down payment or payments issued pertaining to the above estimate or invoice denotes acceptance of the entire project estimate or invoice agreement.
